Britney and K-Fed Finalize Terms of Divorce

It's finally over!

Britney and estranged husband Kevin Federline have finally settled the conditions of their very public divorce. Britney reportedly got the whole thing over with in a 5 hour sit down with Kevin and legal counsel, going over the terms of her well-written pre-nup and making a few concessions to speed things up.

In the pre-nup, Kevin was to get 250,000 dollars for every year the couple was married. Britney upped it to 500,000 for each year to avoid negotiations.Besides his cool million, K-fed is also getting half the proceeds from the sale of their Malibu mansion, which is currently on the market for 13.5 million dollars. He also shares custody of their two boys, 18 month old Sean and 6 month old Jayden. The boy's will be with Daddy four days a week, and Kevin will receive 25,000 dollars a month for each in child support. All that for being Britney's arm candy for a few years! Some boys have all the luck.

Kevin is forbidden from writing a tell-all about his marriage to Britney.

The break up was bitter-sweet with rumors of a potential reconciliation while Britney was still in rehab. Britney reportedly told K-Fed that he was "her biggest mistake", but thanked him for giving her their two children.

Spears celebrated things quietly with a few close friends at "Tao's Asian Bistro" in Las Vegas. The wait staff reported that Spears looked happy, and ordered only soda to drink during the meal.
